The substrate is prepared by shotblasting
Excessive shotblast material is removed by a magnet roller	Edges have to be prepared thoroughly by grinding
Any lose or bonding inhibiting particles are removed	The application area can be marked by tape stripes
The substrate is primed with KÖSTER LF-BM	The fresh primer is broadcasted with kiln dried silica sand
Pour the KÖSTER LF-VL B-component into the A-component and mixed	Repot the material in order to guarantee proper mixing. Mixing time is 3 minutes.
KÖSTER LF-VL is poured onto the prepared and primed substrate	Distribute KÖSTER LF-VL evenly with a squegee
